Skåne final in Sweden's SKAPA DANS competition for choreographers aged 14-22.

This evening, we put the spotlight on the choreographers of tomorrow! The national choreography competition SKAPA DANS brings together young dancers to showcase their creativity and dance-making to an audience and meet other young choreographers.

The competition consists of regional sub-finals where the winning choreography goes on to the national final in Stockholm. The aim of the competition is to encourage dance creation among young people and to showcase the fantastic creativity, skills and expertise that exists.

SKAPA DANS is organised in collaboration with Skånes Dansteater and Riksteatern Skåne.

The Skåne final of Skapa Dans 2023 will be danced for an audience at the dance theatre.
