Fernando Melo joins DancePod host Kit Brown to talk about many different aspects of a life in performing arts. The conversation spans from what he enjoys in a piece when he is sitting in the audience, to the challenges of being an artist parent and why we need performing arts in uncertain times.

Spring 2022 Fernando is working on an exciting collaboration between Skånes Dansteater, The Royal Danish Theatre, Concerto Copenhagen and Malmö Opera, W.A. Mozart's very first opera: 'Mitridate'. A performance created together with director Ralf Pleger and set designer Alexander Polzin.
