Dance Workshop: Sunday Wing Ding

A dance workshop exploring our dance performance "Wing Ding" by choreographer Lidia Wos. In our Sunday workshops we spend the day delving into contemporary dance and the choreography of our performances. This is an opportunity for you to explore techniques and material from our current performances together with our dancers.

How does the creative process behind a performance evolve? In our Sunday workshops we share insight into the choreographers' and dancers' work in the making of movement material.

About the workshop

"Wing Ding" is a crazy, colourful and weird tribute to movement and the wonderful art of dance. A multi-sensory party celebrating Skånes Dansteater's first 30 years.

Choreographer Lidia Wos welcomes you into her very own and personal choreographical universe. A universe filled with twisted movements, unexpected turns, and an absurd humor. A world where it's up to your own imagination to find the balance between dream and reality.

"Wing Ding" premieres at Malmö Opera on May 10.
