Dance Workshop: 60+ Soft Online

Dance with us from home! '60+ Soft' is a live streamed online dance workshop for anyone over 60 years who prefers a softer pace and exercise.

Skånes Dansteater's online dance workshops offer a movement and dance session which you can join from home or together with others at a senior center or retirement home. The workshops are held in Swedish and tailored for anyone requiring a slower pace or with physical limitations.

The workshops are led by a dancer from Skånes Dansteater and welcomes anyone over 60 years, no previous dance experience is required and it is fine to participate seated or standing.

No equipment is required, just wear clothes that feel comfortable to move in and please make sure you have some space to move.

Our workshops are accessible to everyone, with and without disabilities.

How it works

You attend the workshop from home or a senior center, using the program Zoom on a computer, mobile phone, tablet or TV connected connected to internet. If you're using a computer, Zoom can be accessed through a web browser. To access Zoom on your mobile phone or tablet, you need to download the Zoom app.

Prior to the workshop, you will receive an email from us with a link to the workshop on Zoom. Click on the link to join the workshop online. The link goes live approximately 15 minutes before the workshop begins.
