A bouncy, funny and interactive dance performance for audiences from 3 years by choreographer Jernej Bizjak.

‘Up-And-Down-And-Up-’ is an interactive dance performance that welcomes young audiences from 3 years old. A dance performance that invites children to experience how movement affects our mood, mind and attitude towards others.

A white bouncy castle rests on the stage and inflates during the performance. The castle becomes a common place to explore and express joy and happiness, for ourselves and together.

‘Up-And-Down-And-Up-’ invites you to a unique format, a “work-formance”, starting with a workshop and turning into a performance where the young audience drives the movement forward.
