PAGE 28 c/o Skånes Dansteater - Poetry & Dance Cafe
A part of the 'Indigo Flamingo' monthly events for the LGBTQ+ community in Malmö, in collaboration with Malmö Pride.
Sweden's only LGBTQ+ book shop, PAGE 28 in Malmö and Indigo Flamingo are happy to welcome you to this poetry reading, discussion and dance workshop. Presenting readings by Fredric Mehlin Södervall, Jill Wiberg and Yuser Al-Alaq från the Editor's group at PAGE 28 on the theme of time and fear. The readings will be followed by an open discussion on the texts, writing and the creative process. The latest edition of the fanzine 'SONDER' curated by the Editors' group is available for purchase. Please note that the readings and the discussion are held in Swedish.
After the readings and discussion you are very welcome to the dance studio where choreographer Gwyn Emberton and our dancers will hold a dance workshop (80 mins) based on the reading's themes.

Good to know
No previous dance experience is required.
The workshops and events are held in Swedish and English, but we will help with translation.
Wear loose fitting clothes that you feel comfortable moving around in. There are places to change if you wish. We dance in socks or barefoot.
