Danslördag: Svansen

Svansen (The Tail) is a playful and thoughtful dance performance with Danskompaniet Spinn.

With a big and fluffy pink tail, three dancing friends meet you. They cheer you on one by one, and then you have to sneak up and sit down. But what is really hiding behind the silver mountain?

With their tails held high, they play their way through the world. They joke, bicker and prank and investigate the place we are in. Are we even still on earth?

Choreographer Minna Krook has created Svansen, a dance performance about friendship and curiosity, but also about caring and how we together take care of what we have around us.

About Spinn Dance Company

A professional dance company based in Gothenburg that is passionate about the art of dance and challenging stereotypes about what dance is and can be. It's about different bodies and new ways of creating and presenting dance art. Spinn welcomes everyone to experience performances and participate in workshops. It's not about how many pirouettes you can do, but what you want to say with that pirouette.
